I was recently asked to illustrate the front cover for an up-and-coming author Tom Arnold. The brief was for a gritty, striking cover that would stand out on the shelves but still stay true to the content. The author wanted to depict two scenes from the book so I opted for a wraparound cover, with one scene on the front, and the other (more gruesome) on the back. The central character is a graffiti artist so that gave me a great starting point for the look and feel of the design. It’s a gritty, fast-paced read so pick up your copy – order it online today!
